At Agape Blōstma, each arrangement is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted using fresh, seasonal florals. Due to the bespoke and perishable nature of our products, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.
Exchanges & Returns
Unfortunately due to the perishable nature of flowers we do not offer exchanges or returns.
Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

Quality Assurance
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us info@agapeblostma.com within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs for review.
If an issue is verified, Agape Blōstma will be happy to offer the choice of a refund or store credit. Depending on the nature and extent of the issue, refunds or store credit may be issued in full or in part. The amount, whether full or partial, will be confirmed with the customer before processing.
Please note that natural variations in flowers, color tones, and bloom stages are inherent to floral artistry and do not constitute defects. Arrangements can only be refunded if found to be faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Delivery Issues
Agape Blōstma is not responsible for:

Incorrect recipient information provided by the customer

Failed deliveries due to absence or refusal

Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or acts of nature
These situations are not eligible for refunds.
Care & Longevity
Flower longevity varies depending on care, environment, and seasonal availability. We are unable to offer refunds based on vase life or natural wilting beyond the day of delivery.
