Products & Floral Artistry
All arrangements are subject to seasonal availability. Due to the natural and bespoke nature of floristry:

Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£). Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Agape Blōstma reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors, issuing a full refund where payment has been taken.
Orders & Acceptance
An order is considered accepted only once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.
We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Cancellations, modifications, refunds, and store credit are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery
Agape Blōstma is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or recipient unavailability.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer may result in failed delivery and are not eligible for refunds.
Risk & Care
Risk passes to the customer upon successful delivery. Proper care of floral arrangements is the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to guarantee longevity beyond the delivery day due to environmental and care-related factors.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, imagery, logos, branding, and design — is the exclusive property of Agape Blōstma. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
