Delivery Policy

Each Bouquet is thoughtfully arranged to order, allowing us the time and care required to create something beautiful.

Processing Time

All orders require a minimum processing period of 2 to 6 days prior to delivery. This time allows us to source seasonal blooms and prepare each arrangement to our standard. Same day delivery is not offered. Orders placed after 3 pm will begin processing the following day.

Delivery Availability 

We offer UK wide delivery, exempting British Armed Forces, expected delivery dates are shown in the product description. While exact times cannot be guaranteed, every effort is made to ensure a smooth and timely arrival within the selected delivery window. 


If you are ordering for a special occasion, please refer to the estimated delivery window listed in each product description.  This guidance is provided to help to inform you of when you can expect your arrangement delivery.

To allow for thoughtful preparation and timely delivery, we kindly recommend placing your order at least 7 days in advance of your preferred date. 

This helps ensure your bouquet arrives as close as possible to your preferred timeframe.

Delivery Details

If the recipient is unavailable arrangements may be left in a secure location at the courier’s discretion once a delivery has been completed responsibility for the order transfers to the recipient.

Please take a moment to ensure your delivery details are complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Agape Blōstma cannot  be responsible for arrangements sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you notice an error, kindly reach out to us at info@agapeblostma.com within 24 hours of placing your order, so we may assist in updating your details. Requests received after this time may not be accommodated, so we encourage timely notification to ensure your blooms arrive beautifully and as intended.

Seasonal Considerations

Our designs reflect what is in season and at its best. Should a specific bloom be unavailable thoughtful substitutions may be made to preserve the integrity and overall aesthetic of the arrangement.

Delivery Inquiries 

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your delivery, we kindly ask that you reach out to us within 24 hours of receipt, so we may assist you with care and attention.

In the rare event that your bouquet arrives damaged or does not meet our standards of quality, please contact us at info@agapeblostma.com within 24 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to request photographs to better understand the condition of the arrangement.

Depending on the extent of the damage, we will be happy to offer a partial or full refund, or a store credit, which may be issued in full or adjusted accordingly. All store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
